Don't Forget to Check on Tour is Coming Soon to a Campus Near You!

The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation (CBCF) is proud to announce that "Don't Forget to Check on Tour" is coming back in September 2016! The campaign, now in its fourth year, targets women ages 18 to 25 in British Columbia and promotes breast health with the slogan "don't forget to check".

By hitting campuses across the province, CBCF is providing information about modifiable risk factors affecting breast health including body weight, physical activity, alcohol use and smoking. The campaign also encourages young women to check their breasts, know what's normal for them, and if there are any changes, to go and see a health professional. CBCF will host free, interactive sessions on each campus to engage in a conversation with students about how they can reduce their risk of breast cancer.

2016 Participating Campuses:
• University of British Columbia (UBC)
• Simon Fraser University (SFU)
• Capilano University
• Langara College
• Trinity Western University (TWU)
• University of British Columbia Okanagan (UBCO)
• College of New Caledonia
• Thompson River University (Williams Lake)
• Thompson River University (Kamloops)
• Okanagan College (Penticton, Vernon, Kelowna)

Check back soon for dates and locations.
